One of the many reasons we started a Catering Company is because we love to throw Parties!  We love everything about them: the thrill of getting the Dining Room ready, beautifully decked out with the most beautiful linen, silverware, china and an abundance of flowers. That is just the  beginning, the "amuse bouche"  or palate tickler, if you like. The piece de resistance is, of course, the Food.
